The State Local Government Infrastructure Partnership aims to create infrastructure that generates construction jobs and drives economic growth.

Councils have until the end of February to lodge an application.
Councils may seek support from RDAWEP; in particular for making the best case for projects to support long-term economic objectives, linking with key State plans and documents, and on estimating job opportunities from projects.

To assist Councils to begin assessing potential projects prior to the end of the year, the LGA will host a briefing on the program at 2pm on Monday 12 December in the LGA Boardrooms, Local Government House, 148 Frome Street, Adelaide. Relevant staff from the LGA, LGFA and State Government will be available until 4pm to respond to questions.
