Throughout August this year artists on the Eyre Peninsula will be showcasing their work as a part of the South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival. Created in 1998, the SALA Festival is a celebration of visual arts in the state and is inclusive of artists working at all levels.
There is an exciting number of local participants this year, with events to be held in Louth Bay, Streaky Bay, Whyalla, Port Lincoln, Elliston, Port Kenny and Mt Dutton Bay. The festival is an opportunity for both the arts community and the public to be able to share and experience a great variety of art.
