The South Australian Tourism Industry Council is delighted to invite you to our Service Excellence Workshops located in the Eyre Peninsula.
SATIC, with the support of the South Australian Tourism Commission, are running 30 workshops around the state in 2016/17. Each workshop includes a One-on-One Business Coaching Session per registered business within three months of the workshop.
These workshops are highly interactive, hands on and conducted in a small intimate group setting of up to 30 people that are tailored and run by professional facilitators. They aim to deliver tangible outcomes – learnt today and implemented tomorrow.

ABOUT THE TRAINERS 
ALI UREN – KiikStart
Established by Ali Uren in early 2008, Kiikstart gives businesses increased accessibility to the expertise and resources needed to execute ideas smartly, successfully and creatively.
Kiikstart’s learning and development will demystify what ‘innovation’ really is, and how each business, regardless of size and turnover, can deliver higher quality experiences for guests that ultimately leads to increased revenue.
