ORGANISATION: RDA Whyalla and Eyre Peninsula Inc is the regions key economic and regional development organisation established in partnership with the Commonwealth, State and Local Governments. It is committed to the attraction promotion and development of commercial activity across Eyre Peninsula.
POSITION: the key objectives of this position are:
- Enhance the public professional image of the organisation by providing high-quality reception services with clients by telephone and in the reception area.
- Provision of administrative support to all RDAWEP staff
- Reliable, effective and professional operation of the board’s administrative requirement and reception area.
PERSON: The Successful applicant should possess Advanced Knowledge and highly developed skills in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and Database programs in addition to a good knowledge of IT issues. Highly developed skills in communication, keyboard accuracy, time management, teamwork and work discipline are essential. Knowledge and experience of accounting programs, such as QuickBooks and minute taking would be an advantage.
SALARY: 3 month contract (with the potential to extend).
