The online Regional Tech Hub is an independent service providing free help and advice to regional, rural and remote Australians to get connected, stay connected, and make the most of new technologies. It comprises a website, a phone call-back service and online chat function as well as social media. The service is an Australian Government initiative.

The Regional Tech Hub is designed to help people outside of urban centres get connected. It will help in finding the service that is right for individuals, families and business, regardless of where people live, covering technologies such as fixed wireless, satellite and fixed line internet services.

Meet the Regional Tech Hub experts and learn how you can access the service and troubleshoot common connectivity problems – so people living in regional Australia can get connected, and stay connected.
