Regional Access is a free online and phone counselling service for anyone (15 years or older) who lives or works in regional, rural or remote South Australia who are feeling the pressures and stresses of everyday life.

The service is available 24/7, and the person accessing support can have up to three 30 minute sessions with a professionally trained counsellor.

Professionally trained counsellors will listen and help you to develop strategies to manage what is causing you to feel stressed or overwhelmed.

They can help with:

  • Grief and loss

  • Isolation and loneliness
  • Low self-esteem
