Directors of the Eyre Peninsula Community Foundation (The Foundation) are pleased to announce an upcoming visit to recent Whyalla grant recipients, Whyalla Men’s Shed, Whyalla Road Safety Committee and Blue Light SA Whyalla

In partnership with the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal, the Foundation also facilitates a Back to School program across Eyre Peninsula, including Whyalla schools, with $24,400 in $50 Target vouchers distributed in 2021.

Directors have also planned an information presentation for interested community members wishing to learn about the Foundation and how they can become involved. The information session will be held at the UniSA Whyalla campus at 5.30pm on Wednesday 12 May. Please refer to the Foundation Facebook site for RSVP details.

Chair Garry Downey said “Incorporated in 2009, the Eyre Peninsula Community Foundation carefully manages a growing base of donated funds and works with philanthropic and other partners to ensure the best possible value and impact from each of its community projects, regional student advancement and home hospice services on Eyre Peninsula. The Foundation is supported by the invaluable work of the EP Book Bazaar volunteers and committed administrative staff.
