The Small Business Fundamentals Program, delivered by Regional Development Australia Eyre Peninsula (RDAEP) is up and running with 2 workshops delivered in 2023. We’re excited to provide this development opportunity for the business community of Eyre Peninsula under this program.

The first workshop was held in October in Port Lincoln, where Andrew Mattner from Your Success Lab presented the “Business Accelerator Workshop – How to build a Sustainable Business”.

This was followed up with a workshop in November, held at Ceduna by Justine Carey, “Breaking Barriers – A workshop on Mindset and Business Growth”.

Further workshops are planned for the first quarter of 2024 across the Eyre Peninsula and we look forward to seeing you there. Keep an eye out for the dates and workshop themes in early 2024 and we would welcome you sharing information about the opportunities to your business partners and connections.

The second and very exciting part of the grant funding is now accessible – one-on-one mentoring and coaching focussing on areas of need as identified by you!

Small and family businesses, and social enterprises can access 50% off the cost associated for mentoring under this program. The maximum number of mentoring sessions under this program is 3. The maximum amount of funding available for mentoring per participant is $300.

What we need to understand from you now is:

What will be of the greatest value to you and your business for the 3 mentoring sessions?

Below is a link to a simple survey to ensure you gain access to this mentoring opportunity. Once completed, Julie Wynne from RDAEP will contact you to discuss your specific requirements, ensuring you get the most our of these sessions.

Completion of the survey is critical to RDAEP being able to connect you with an appropriate mentor so you can gain the maximum benefit from this program.
