What is involved in mystery shopping?

As a Mystery Shopper, you will be required to complete secret visits to retailers and/or restaurants and review the overall experience. Your feedback helps our clients measure their service performance to improve the overall customer experience.

Mystery Shopper responsibilities:

  • Shop in various stores within a specific timeframe.
  • Understand the “brief” or “requirements” of the visit.
  • Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop.
  • Submit your survey findings online within the deadline.

Skills needed:

  • Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and can work within strict reporting deadlines.
  • Must have regular access to email, internet, computer/laptop or iPad/tablet and a Smart Phone.
  • Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills.
  • High level of communication, spelling and grammar skills.
