Meet the captains of the local seafood industry and the chefs that will turn delicious oysters, prawns, scaled fish, abalone and crustaceans into ‘A Celebration of Seafood’.
Simon Bryant, Patron of Tasting Australia, and from the Cook and the Chef TV series will prepare a delicious fare that you can cook at home to delight and impress your family and friends.
The seafood dishes will be paired with SA Petaluma wines and cold premium beer!
Tickets $185 per person, all inclusive (plus booking fee).
