The Australian Tourism Data Warehouse is the national platform for digital visitor information on Australia.

Listing our attractions and operators is crucial but so is public amenity infrastructure.
Where are our playgrounds, fish cleaning stations and RV pump out sites, etc?

An extra night or even week’s stay is possible if a visitor is assured of all available supporting amenities.

Local government and businesses should make time to understand what ATDW is and then act quickly to register their listings. We know that Eyre Peninsula is under represented compared to other regions in South Australia. We have a current visitor economy of $300 million with a forecasted potential of $511 million. A simple first step of ensuring all our visitor infrastructure is listed will make a difference. Best of all, it’s FREE.

The City of Port Lincoln recently bunkered down to register BBQs, playgrounds and RV pump out etc. A slightly tedious but essential step to inflate the visitor economy tyres.
