The National Drought and North Queensland Flood Response and Recovery Agency was recently established by the Prime Minister to lead a national response to the drought affecting large parts of the country while continuing to support North Queensland communities affected by wide-spread flooding in early 2019.

The Australian Government is looking for suitable Regional Recovery Officers who have excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated understanding of your region.
