Australian Fishing Enterprises, based in Port Lincoln South Australia, is seeking a suitably qualified Maintenance Administrator to join our team.


This position will be fulltime on a three-month probationary period and will provide support to the Maintenance Manager of the Farm division.


  • Ordering of stock for the Maintenance Manager
  • Consult with Contractors to outsource stock required
  • Coding of all invoices & Prepare Purchase Orders
  • Consult with all reps on behalf on the Maintenance Manager for best purchases
  • Organise/Delivery and pickup of items for the maintenance department from relevant Companies
  • Delivery of relevant items to vessels
  • Receive any inward bound goods/Dispatch outward bound goods
  • Induction of new staff who fall under the Maintenance team


  • Outstanding Administration skills
  • Excellent Organisation skills
  • Mechanical parts background preferred
  • Industry knowledge a must
  • Previous experience in a similar field required
