Our client, Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is the largest regional local health network covering almost 440,000 square kilometres of spectacular South Australia, supporting approximately 40,000 people living around the Eyre Peninsula and Far North of the State. The Director, People & Culture is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of best practice human resource services within a business partnering framework, implementing proactive workforce strategies and interventions across the LHN in order to drive continuous improvement, performance, accountability and employee wellbeing. Reporting to the CEO, the Director will provide support to the Executive, Governing Board and Senior Managers to achieve strategic goals and priorities; ensure appropriate responses to emerging workforce changes and challenges that are in line with industry best-practice; and provide expert professional advice on HR trends, risks and complex matters.
Impressing with outstanding leadership, interpersonal and management skills, you will engender trust, effectively influence and guide those with whom you work in order to enact change within the organisation while fostering a positive culture and safe working environment that is appropriately resourced. You will possess a sound understanding of contemporary HR practices and approaches, and their application within the SA Public Sector, and have experience in successfully leading a diverse team of HR professionals within a complex and challenging environment. High level communication skills, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, resilience and passion for delivering positive cultural outcomes are further traits sought in the appointee.

The position is classified as MAS3 (negotiable) and remote working arrangements will be considered.
