The Optus Retail Sales Consultant role is a casual position that gives you an opportunity to join a passionate retail team to impress us with your outstanding sales and extraordinary customer service skills.
Reporting to the Store Manager your key responsibilities in this role will include face-to-face customer service, achieving sales KPIs and providing trusted advice to our customers on Optus products and services.
If you embrace technology, have a demonstrable sales track record, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, enjoy working in a team environment and love retail then say ‘yes’ to Optus.
Previous experience in the telecommunications or retail technology field will be highly regarded, however, retail or similar type of customer service experience is desired. Demonstrate for us your attention to detail by adding our slogan “It starts with yes” into your cover letter.
Coaching and training will be provided to ensure you are knowledgeable and confident about the Optus suite of products and services, enabling you to be an outstanding Optus Retail Sales Consultant.
