PHYSIO WHYALLA has a reception vacancy in our small but busy Allied Health Clinic.

We are looking for a bright and confident individual to perform reception and administrative duties, who is available to start as soon as possible.

Pay classification is negotiable depending on experience. We are looking for someone who, after on the job training, can self-prioritize their tasks, work with limited supervision and have great communication skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Office tasks such as answering phones, managing our email account and mail, greeting clients and stakeholders, managing client files and our filing system
  • Making appointments for clients
  • Processing payments, invoicing, daily and monthly reconciliations
  • Perform banking duties
  • Type letters and correspondence
  • General cleaning duties
  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering

The person(s) we are looking for must be reliable, with good time management skills and be flexible if necessary. At times it can be a high paced environment that you will need to manage. You must be computer literate with the ability to learn our practice management software. Above all else you need to respect and maintain our clients’ confidentiality.

Our clinic is open Monday to Friday (no weekends!). This position is part time while on the job training is being completed. We will be looking for one person who can then switch to full-time, or two people to share the role.
