About the role

Reporting to the Manager Central Engineering and Utilities you will be responsible for the organisation and provision of all administrative activities across multiple departments.

In this role, you will assist with:

  • Administration duties to enable the teams and leaders to effectively manage their operations
  • Document control support
  • Creating and updating purchase requisitions and orders as required in SAP
  • Maintains consumable supplies and office equipment
  • Coordinates building access cards / security access as required and inductions
  • Facilitate business unit communications
  • Manage and control credit card allocation and usage/reconciliation
  • Oversight of all filing and record systems in accordance with legislative requirements (including archives) outside of management execution systems.

About your experience

We are looking for a proactive individual with a can-do attitude and strong people skills. You will be solutions focused and enjoy problem solving. We are looking for an individual who can bring lots of energy and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment..

To be successfully considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following experience:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Development would be advantageous
  • Prior experience in an Administrator role in mining or similar heavy industry
  • High level administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SAP and reporting
  • Excellent Planning and Organising Skills
  • High Degree of Attention to Detail
