Your new role

  • Invoicing and work order processing
  • Any related invoice queries
  • Stock purchasing and transacting
  • Inventory reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable tasks
  • End of period tasks

Your skills and experience

  • Transactional administration Experience
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Packages
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Basic Financial Skills
  • Experience in working in a team environment
  • Capable of working with all levels of personnel within the organisation
  • Comprehension of the full process of admin tasks within the team and impacts of your actions
