The City of Port Lincoln Council has developed a draft Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) and invites community feedback. Closing date for submissions is 9am on Monday 12 April 2021.
Council recognises the key role they play in providing supportive and accessible environments to our community and visitors. The aim of the draft DAIP is to identify and address access and inclusion barriers to ensure people with disability have the opportunity to equally participate in all aspects of community life.
The draft DAIP incorporates an Implementation Plan that supports themes established by Inclusion SA and includes actions on how Council will deliver those desired outcomes. Community feedback will ensure the plan enables Council to meet the needs of the whole community.
